Clear and Effective Communication
Writing Workshop
In partnership with Stacey Curry Gunn Communications, I have developed a writing workshop that can be customized for your needs and presented at a location convenient to you — including your own workplace.
The workshop includes the following components, plus any specific topics identified during pre-workshop consultations:
- Strategies for getting started and overcoming writer’s block
- Writing for your reader
- Writing structure
- Writing for various formats (e.g., marketing materials, websites, fund raising proposals, grant applications, newsletter articles)
- Grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Editing
- Writing exercises
This three hour workshop includes a resource manual and is offered for up to 12 participants.
This workshop is currently included in the curriculum of the Guelph-Wellington Business Enterprise Centre.
